Privacy policy

This covers the Strategy4Kids apps for children, the Strategy Mind app for adults, and this website. It is written to be read, and it describes what the software does today. Last reviewed 2026-10-25.

Children

A child does not need an account, an email address or a real name. The app creates an anonymous player on the device, with a nickname and an avatar the child picks. There are no ads, no chat, and no tracking or advertising SDKs in the apps or on this site.

A parent can optionally create a parent account to link children, set the coach level and set a daily screen-time limit. The parent area is the only place an email address is collected for a child's use. Because the apps are aimed at children, we ask for a parent's involvement before anything beyond the anonymous player is stored.

What we store

Who else receives data

We do not sell personal data and we do not share it for advertising.

Adults (Strategy Mind)

The adult app is a separate deployment with its own database. Nothing is shared with the children's data. It has no parent or support area, and it stores players and games in the same way as above.

Your choices

A parent can ask to see, correct or delete their account and their children's data, including every game, by writing to us from the account email. We delete on request. Deleting the app removes the data on the device; to remove the server copy, ask us.
